I offer all clients a free 15-minute phone consultation to ensure we are a good fit before getting started.

In-Network Insurance

I am in-network therapy with Blue Cross Blue Shield. However, I reserve a certain number of slots for clients with BCBS insurance and all are currently filled. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to be put on a waiting list for BCBS session openings.

Out of Pocket Payment

I also accept out-of-pocket payment for therapy sessions. I offer a sliding scale and keep several slots available for client’s requiring a lower rate. Please feel free to reach out with more questions about this.

Out of Network Insurance

Many insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for therapy and I provide superbills for clients to submit to their insurance plans directly. If you are not sure whether you have out-of-network coverage, ask your insurance the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient therapy (sometimes called behavioral health)? The billing code for this is 90834.
  If yes, how much per therapy session will I be reimbursed? Is there a deductible I need to meet first?

• Are there any other stipulations, including provider’s credential, that would impact reimbursement for therapy sessions?.
